Do I need to know exactly what I want before booking?
No. You can come with a clear idea, inspiration pictures, or just a feeling. We will help you understand what is possible.
Can you source a specific diamond shape, size, or stone?
Yes. We have stones in the studio, and if we don't have exactly what you're picturing, we can source it — that usually takes about a week. If you have something specific in mind, it's worth booking a little earlier. No rush, just plan ahead if you can.
Do you only work with diamonds?
No. We work with diamonds, pearls, and other precious stones. We will guide you on what makes sense for your design, lifestyle, and the purpose of the piece.
Do you have ready pieces available?
Yes. We focus mainly on custom-made jewelry, but we also have a small selection of engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry pieces. If you find the right piece, you can purchase it and have it resized if needed.
Where are the pieces made?
Our jewelry is made in Okinawa by a craftsman with over 40 years of experience, working with high standards, quality materials, and careful attention to detail.
What metals do you work with?
We create custom pieces in 18k yellow gold, 18k white gold, 18k rose gold, and platinum. We do not work in silver or lower-karat gold for custom pieces, as we only work with high-quality materials and long-term jewelry standards.
What is the starting price?
It depends on your diamond, metal, and design — see typical pricing above. If you already have a budget in mind, let us know when you book so we can prepare accordingly.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom pieces take around six to eight weeks from start to finish. If you have an important date, please tell us before booking.
Can you redesign old jewelry?
Yes. Bring your old, inherited, or existing jewelry, and we will help you understand what can be reused or redesigned.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes. We can add engraving to make your ring or wedding bands more personal.
