These terms apply when you book a private appointment or order a custom piece through OONA (operated by Okidoki Jewelry). By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below.
Appointments are free and by booking only. We ask that you arrive on time — if you're running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, since appointments are private and one-on-one.
Life happens — if you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect our ability to hold future appointments for you.
Ready pieces shown in the studio can be purchased directly. If resizing is needed, this typically takes about one week.
If you bring in existing, inherited, or old jewelry for a redesign, we'll assess what can be reused before any work begins. We'll always let you know if a piece isn't suitable for redesign before proceeding.
Full payment is due after you've seen and approved your stone and agreed to move forward with the design — before final design work and production begin. No payment is required just to view stones or discuss options.
Payment for custom and ready pieces is processed by Hemavati, which is separate from Okidoki Jewelry, the entity that operates the OONA brand and this website.
We do not accept returns except in the case of a genuine defect — for example, something seriously wrong with the jewelry or the stone. If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your piece.
Simple, classic designs may be made for more than one client. If your design is distinctive or built specifically around something personal to you, we will not reproduce or sell that specific design to another client.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
