• Appointment date/time and any messages you send us

We do not collect payment information through this website — that is handled separately, in person or through a separate secure process, when you decide to move forward with a piece.

3. Why we collect it

We use this information only to:

• Prepare for and conduct your private appointment
• Communicate with you about your appointment (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups)
• Source stones or materials that match what you've told us you're looking for
• Improve how we serve future clients (in aggregate, not tied to your identity)

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of outside services to run this business, and your information passes through them only as needed:

• Google Calendar, to schedule and manage appointments
• GoHighLevel, to run this website and store booking form submissions
• Hemavati, where your appointment takes place and where your order is prepared. Hemavati needs your name, email, and phone number to conduct your appointment, keep you updated on your piece, and process payment once you've agreed to move forward. You may provide these details directly to Hemavati when you visit, or we may pass along what you've already given us through this website, so you don't have to repeat yourself.

These providers may store data on servers located outside Japan. Where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate data protection standards.

This section is the most worth a lawyer's review — APPI has specific requirements for transferring personal data outside Japan, and the right disclosure depends on which providers/servers are actually in use.

We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as reasonably necessary to serve you — generally for the duration of your project plus a limited period afterward for warranty, follow-up, or legal record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 7).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No online system is completely secure, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you.
